What we collect
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, phone number, company, trade, the software you use and how you heard about us. We also collect basic usage data from our website, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule demos, provide and improve our services, and send you relevant updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology and AI voice agents such as Jackie. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond to you and improve our service. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us not to call you again.
Mobile information
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Customer lead data
When a customer connects Grit to their lead sources or CRM, we process that data on the customer's behalf and only to provide the service they have asked for.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, communications and analytics providers, under agreements that protect your data. We may disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing edvin@usegrit.ai. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. These rights apply wherever you live, including California.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Terms of service
Agreement
By using the Grit website or services, you agree to these terms. If you use Grit on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
The service
Grit provides AI appointment setting for home improvement companies. Specific scope, pricing and service levels are set out in your order form or customer agreement.
Pricing
Grit charges per appointment set, as defined in your customer agreement. There is no monthly subscription unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to contact your leads, including any consent required by applicable law, and for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
